Since I can’t afford the dress I want, I’ve been searching forever to find another birthday dress. I like dresses that compliment my body shape (aka skin tight), but nothing too revealing. I’m still debating over the purchase of this black/white dress.  I’ve gotten both positive and negative feedback. Your thoughts? Yes or No?
